Applies to all FDevelopers Labs apps and services

1. BY USING OUR APPS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

When you download, install, or use any app or service published by FDevelopers Labs, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

These terms apply to every app and service we publish — current and future. If a specific app has its own additional rules, those will be shown to you inside that app.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. Please read both — they are meant to be understood together.

2. WHAT WE OFFER

FDevelopers Labs is an independent digital studio based in Pakistan. We build mobile apps, AI tools, productivity apps, utilities, entertainment experiences, and online services for everyday users worldwide.

We may update, improve, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. We try to give advance notice when something significant changes, but we cannot always guarantee this.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

Some apps may let you create an account. If you do:

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe
• You must provide accurate information — do not create accounts with fake names or someone else's details
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• If you think someone else has access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@fdeveloperslabs.com

We may delete accounts that are inactive for more than 24 months, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO

Our apps are for personal, lawful use. Here's the short version:

• Use the apps as intended for personal or business productivity
• Contact us if something breaks or doesn't work right
• Opt out of ads or tracking as described in our Privacy Policy
• Do NOT reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our apps
• Do NOT use our apps to send spam, run bots, or scrape data
• Do NOT upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights
• Do NOT attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our services
• Do NOT impersonate FDevelopers Labs, our team, or other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. OUR CONTENT IS OURS

Everything inside our apps — the design, code, logos, text, graphics, and AI models — belongs to FDevelopers Labs or our licensed partners. You are not buying ownership of any of it. You are getting a personal, non-transferable license to use it.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any part of our apps without written permission from us.

If you create or upload content inside our apps, you keep ownership of your content. By uploading it, you give us permission to process and display it solely to provide the feature you used.

6. AI-POWERED FEATURES

Some of our apps include AI features powered by trusted providers. A few things to keep in mind:

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate — always use your own judgment
• Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, or financial decisions
• When you use an AI feature, relevant parts of your request are securely sent to the AI provider to process your query
• AI features are only activated when you choose to use them — they don't run in the background

AI is a tool, not an expert. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated output.

7. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some apps offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Here's what you need to know:

• All payments are processed securely through Google Play or Apple Pay. We never see or store your full payment details
• Subscription pricing and billing cycles are shown to you clearly before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date through your app store account
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their own refund policies — we do not control this process
• We may change pricing at any time, but we will notify you before any price increase affects your subscription

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our apps use trusted third-party services to function properly, such as AdMob (Google), AppLovin, Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics, and AI providers.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they operate, but we only partner with providers we trust.

Our apps may also contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. YOUR PRIVACY

Your privacy matters to us. These Terms work hand-in-hand with our Privacy Policy, which explains in plain language what information we collect and why, how we use and protect your data, and your rights.

10. WE CAN SUSPEND ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove your access to our apps if you violate these Terms, if your account is used for fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

You can also stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. To request deletion of your personal data, email us at hello@fdeveloperslabs.com.

11. NO GUARANTEES (HONEST VERSION)

We work hard to keep our apps running smoothly, but we cannot promise they will always be perfect. Specifically:

• Our apps are provided "as is" — we cannot guarantee they will be error-free or always available
• We are not responsible if a service goes down temporarily for maintenance or unexpected reasons
• AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• No internet system is 100% secure — if a data breach occurs, we will notify you as legally required

12. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FDevelopers Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. If we are found liable for something, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

13. CHILDREN'S USE

Our apps are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain EU countries).

By using our apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are a parent and believe your child is using our apps, please contact us at hello@fdeveloperslabs.com.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our apps after changes means you accept the new terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where FDevelopers Labs operates. For users in the European Economic Area, your local consumer protection laws also apply and cannot be overridden by these Terms. GDPR rights remain fully intact.
