Privacy Policy

Applies to all FDevelopers Labs apps and services

1. WHO WE ARE

FDevelopers Labs is an independent digital studio. We build mobile apps, AI tools, productivity apps, and online services for everyday users around the world. This policy covers every app and service we publish — past, present, and future.

If you ever have a question or concern about your privacy, you can reach us directly at hello@fdeveloperslabs.com. We actually read those emails.

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We don't collect anything we don't need. Here's a plain breakdown of what we may collect and why:

Information you give us directly

• Your name and email address — if you contact support, create an account, or sign up for updates
• Any content you choose to submit or upload inside our apps
• Payment details — only if you make a purchase. These are processed securely by Google Play or Apple Pay. We never see or store your full card number
• Biometric data (like Face ID or fingerprint) — only if your device uses it for authentication. This data never leaves your device. We do not store it

Information collected automatically

• Device model, operating system, and language
• App version and session length
• Features you use and how often
• Crash reports and error logs
• IP address and approximate location (city-level) — only if location is enabled for a specific feature
• Advertising ID — used for ad personalization, which you can turn off (see section 6)
• Cookies and tracking data — used for analytics and to improve ad relevance

We never collect your precise GPS location without asking first. And we never collect more than what the feature actually needs.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To make our apps work properly and keep improving them
• To personalize your experience — show relevant content and recommendations
• To serve ads (where applicable) — and make them less random and more useful
• To detect fraud and keep our services secure
• To respond to your support requests
• To power AI-based features when you use them

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal information. Period. We may share data only in these situations:

• With trusted service providers who help us run our apps (analytics, hosting, crash reporting, ads)
• When required by law or a valid legal process
• If FDevelopers Labs is acquired or merges with another company — your data would transfer as part of that, and you would be notified
• We may share anonymized or aggregated data (data that can't identify you) for research or business purposes

5. THIRD-PARTY SDKS WE USE

Depending on the app, we may integrate the following services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• AdMob (Google)
• AppLovin
• Google Analytics
• Firebase
• Crashlytics
• AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)

We encourage you to review their individual policies to understand how they handle data.

6. HOW TO OPT OUT

You are in control. Here's how to limit tracking and ad personalization:

• On iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• Inside our apps: where available, you'll find a privacy or tracking settings option in the app menu

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We keep your data only as long as we genuinely need it. If your account has been inactive for more than 24 months, we will delete your personal data — unless we are legally required to keep it for longer.

You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us (see section 13).

8. YOUR RIGHTS

No matter where you live, you have the right to:

• Access: Ask us what personal data we have about you
• Correction: Ask us to fix any data that is wrong or incomplete
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your personal data
• Portability: Get a copy of your data in a readable format
• Objection: Tell us to stop using your data for certain purposes

9. GDPR — FOR USERS IN EUROPE

If you are based in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means:

• We only process your data when we have a legal basis to do so (consent, contract, legitimate interest, or legal obligation)
• You have full rights as listed in section 8 above
• You can withdraw your consent at any time
• If you feel your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU countries). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal data with us, please contact us immediately at hello@fdeveloperslabs.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

We use encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your information. Sensitive actions (like payments) go through certified third-party processors — we never touch your raw financial data.

No system on the internet is 100% hack-proof. If a breach ever affects you, we will notify you as quickly as legally required.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will post the new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date. For major changes, we'll try to notify you in-app as well.

We recommend checking this page every few months if you want to stay fully informed.
